About Dwarka Bricks

Our story

Dwarka Bricks started in 2019 in a one-room office in Sector 12. The founders had spent more than a decade selling and leasing flats in Dwarka the old way — printed flyers, walk-ins, broker WhatsApp groups — and watched buyers get burned by stale listings, fake photographs and brokers fronting for owners who didn't actually want to sell.

We built Dwarka Bricks to be the opposite of that: a small, accountable network of local agents publishing only listings they had physically visited, with the owner's permission, priced honestly. The site is run by the same team today.

Our mission

To make Dwarka the easiest neighbourhood in Delhi to buy, sell or rent property in — honestly, with no middlemen, no commission games and no listings that disappear when you call. We are not trying to be a national portal. We want to be the best place in the world to find a home in Dwarka.

Why Dwarka only

Dwarka is one of Delhi's most planned and connected sub-cities. The Metro covers it end to end on both the Blue and Magenta lines, the airport sits ten minutes from Sector 21, and Sectors 1 to 23 each have their own character — from the wide bungalow plots of Sector 19 to the high-density society life of Sectors 10 and 12.

Going hyper-local is a deliberate choice. A national portal can't tell you that a flat in Sector 6 with a north-east facing balcony goes for 8% more than the same unit two floors below, or that the upcoming Sector 22 metro extension is already pulling rents up. We can — because we walk these streets every week. Trying to cover all of NCR would mean giving that up.

How we work

Every agent is interviewed and onboarded by the super admin manually. Listings go through a verification step — agents visit the unit, photograph it, confirm pricing with the owner and only then publish. When you contact a listing, your details go straight to the agent over WhatsApp. No call centres, no spam, no broker chain.

Our team values

• 01.Honest first. If a flat has a bad facing, an unresolved DDA mutation, or a noisy neighbour, the listing says so. Trust compounds; bait listings don't.
• 02.Local over big. We'd rather be the best in 23 sectors than mediocre across NCR.
• 03.Agent ownership. Every listing belongs to a named human you can call. No anonymous lead pools, no relayed messages.
• 04.Small and accountable. A handful of agents we know personally beats a directory of strangers.
